my blog died a long itme le....
anyway wanna talk about yesterday...

yesterday after school i went to juron MRT station to meet my mum, we gonna go phone repair station which is opposite IMM to complain!!!
Reach there around 4.15pm,
the person told me n my mum tat they are still waitin for the parts of my phone.
my mum started to complain...
these was their conversation...

MUM: y it so long for the parts to arrive?
servicer: erm.. as the parts are avaliable in taiwan only... therefore got to wait for them to transport here
Mum: But ur said b4 that it took around one weekto repair but yet, now its already going to be 2 mth! n wats more, ur didn even gave us a call sayin that it would took longer to repair it!
servicer (smilin)
Mum: how can ur break ur promise!???
Servicer: i'm sorry... i helped u checked...

after around 1 minutes

Servicer: erm... sorry, it took around 2 to 3 more mths for ur parts to arrive....
ME(shocked): so long????
Mum: what if ur break ur promise again? r u verii sure?
Servicer: i'm not sure.. i got to ask my boss
ME: kan u jus gave us a new phone?
Servicer: sorry no... unless ur phone kan be repaired

Mum: without the phone for so many mths cause us inconvienence u noe???
My daughter could not take photo or listened to music!
i not blamin u.... its not ur fault... (signed) anyway thks....
Servicer: sorry for the inconvenince....
